Amazon is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed Seller Partner Marketing Manager to drive campaign strategy and execution. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end funnel of all comms sent out to our selling partners.

As the Seller Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in educating and empowering our selling partners with essential information about new products, programs, and tools vital for their success on Amazon. This will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on the needs of our selling partners and our overall communication strategy. In order to deliver in this role you will leverage HTML Code and Pardot Salesforce.

Key job responsibilities
- Analyse, report on, and optimise against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue impact, and engagement.
- Recommend and implement A/B testing to continually improve performance of communications.
- Develop and lead an annual seller partner marketing plan to align on key growth areas, maintain a project schedule, and make it visible to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Track communications best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
- Explore opportunities to grow marketing channels and drive seller engagement e.g. Seller App and WhatsApp.
- Design creative assets (Banners, icons) and external facing comms material (PDF Guides (Banners, icons) using both internal and external tools to support marketing campaigns.

- Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)
- Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
