Located in Bundoora and currently seeking a Customer Care / Collection Officer to join their team.
**About the role**
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, offering support and solutions to customers needing assistance with meeting their financial obligations.
**Duties**
- Resolving customer queries
- Making follow-up calls to customers
- Updating account status, data entry and system administration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
- Working with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
- Discussing payment dates, amounts and ongoing payment plans with customers
- Keeping track of assigned customers and account payments
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position or experience in a customer service-based role
- Managing and prioritising your workload in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced problem-solving, communication & organisational skills
- Empathic nature and a desire to help and support others
- Not afraid of challenges and are comfortable learning new systems and processes
