**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is a highly regarded not for profit organisation who requires an experienced and efficient Executive Assistant to provide professional and confidential executive support to the CEO and Deputy CEO and ensure excellence in service delivery across the organisation.
**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Effectively manage the CEO and DCEO calendars, foreseeing and communicating changes as they arise;
- Manage the inbox for the CEO, ensuring sensitive and confidential information is managed with the appropriate discretion;
- Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the CEO and DCEO for meetings, appointments and presentations;
- Arrange travel and accommodation itineraries for the CEO, DCEO and wider organisation;
- Establish and implement organisational systems and processes to ensure an efficient office including maintaining electronic and manual files, keeping records up to date, secure and accessible;
- Prepare and distribute board and committee meeting agendas and papers;
- Assist the DCEO with various company secretarial requirements including compliance with statutory obligations.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess 5 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector;
- Demonstrated experience working within a highly confidential environment;
- Demonstrated experience with Board reporting, including the use of online Board Portal software (Diligent is an advantage);
- Be able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with demonstrated professionalism working with a broad range of stakeholders including Board members.
