**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- The office of the General Manager, Mercy Hospital for Women is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to provide high level executive and administrative support.
**Summary of the role**:
- Full time position: 5 days per week, including monthly ADO.
- The role will provide daily support to our General Manager in the day to day operations and management of the hospital. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a full range of confidential and administrative tasks including:
- Preparation of all meeting papers, reports, briefings and correspondence
- Processing of invoices
- Arranging meetings, including coordinating papers, taking minutes and follow up actions
- Communication and stakeholder management with leaders, peers, team members and external parties.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)
