The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available in ElectraNet's Facilities Services team on a 14-month fixed term maternity leave contract. We are currently seeking an engaging, supportive and experienced Facilities and Project Support professional to provide high-level business and administrative support that enables the Facilities team to deliver timely services to the broader ElectraNet business.

If you're someone passionate about providing high quality administrative services with the ability to work with accuracy and timeliness, the ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks, demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative and provide high level customer service to support the team to deliver outcomes, this position is for you.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have;
Proven high level administration skills and knowledge gained through relevant experience or tertiary education. While qualifications in Business or Administration are desirable, we would also welcome applicants with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Demonstrated experience working in facilities or fleet management industries is an advantage.

Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail, analytical, planning and organisational skills with a continuous improvement focus.

Demonstrated positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and adjust to competing priorities.

Experience in project administration, particularly experience using Project Services Automation (PSA) tool to develop business proposals is an advantage.
