**About the role**
Our client is government department with the need for a highly organised and motivated
**Project Support Officer** to provide support to a highly valued and fast paced team. The ability to work under pressure and communicate professionally with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders is essential to this role.

Experience working in a project administration role within a
**property or asset** services team (Gallagher system experience) would be ideal. Experience in a
**concierge** /front desk role will also be of interest. Government experience in a similar role will also be an advantage.

**Duties**
This role is based on the city fringe and will be full-time office hours. This position will manage variuos key communication portal/ 'inboxes' and have a focus on being timely in follow up and response. Fantastic communication skills and a pro-active personality are essential to this role. The ability to work in a team and also autonomously are also key traits needed in this role.
