**About the Company**

Our client deliveries both a product and service via a retail channel network nationally. Servicing both consumer and corporate business clients they are a household brand that has experienced year on year growth. Their biggest investment is in their people whilst their ongoing focus is to provide the best customer care in the industry.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Talent you will take charge of the recruitment for your region for both corporate head office roles and blue-collar trade roles. Whilst responding to the immediate needs of the business you will be responsible for proactively building talent pipelines to ensure the business has the retained talent it needs to deliver its growth aspirations.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Engage local educational institutions to build early career talent pipelines
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management
- Curiosity around process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Drive local employer branding projects
- Support the shift in uplifting hiring leader recruitment capability
- Exposure to change management practises

**About you**
- Trade, blue collar, retail, or high-volume recruitment experience preferred
- Clear and effective communications skills to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A strong customer orientation, whilst being pragmatic and solutions focused
- Effective networking with internal and external stakeholders
- Adapting and responding to change
- Attributes: confident, proactive, detail orientated, multi-tasker, team oriented, strong governance and compliance of policies, process driven, influencer and people focused
