Paydock is a Fintech Scaleup. We provide a sophisticated payment solution to online merchants who want to increase profit and flexibility in their payment solution. We work with large retailers, business platforms and large Not-For-Profits. Our teams are located internationally across London, Ukraine and Sydney.

Paydock is seeking a Talent Partner to join our global team based in Australia. Your key role will be to help us scale the technical teams and be the key partner to our Hiring Managers on everything talent related.You will have the opportunity to work with global leaders, payment service providers and technology vendors across Europe, APAC, US and other markets while being part of the next generation of payments for merchants and the industry.

Report

As a significant role in the business you will report into the People Team directly reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process (from brief to offer) Hiring across Australia and international remote roles
- Write and post technical & commercial job descriptions on job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc
- Continue to develop Paydock’s diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices
- Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and junior recruiting staff
- Proactively building a healthy tech & commercial talent pipeline for our open roles, executing sourcing campaigns where necessary (niche platforms like Stack Overflow and Github) and engaging with talent throughout the entire recruitment process
- Become a Paydock Ambassador and promote the company for being an extraordinary workplace
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products in the payments scene
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with tech professionals

**Skills and Experiences (Must Have)**:

- Proven 3-5 years of recruiting experience working as a Talent Partner or in a similar role in Australia
- Experience working Inhouse / Internal recruitment Experience owning and sourcing roles across Technical & Commercial fields
- Skilled in different interview formats
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Technical roles
- Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques
- Familiar using & managing Applicant Tracking Systems
- Highly skilled using tools /platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- An outstanding problem-solver
- A keen eye on details for accuracy
- Good time management skills

**It would be great if you have (Not essential)**:

- Experience sourcing roles with Fintech or Paytech companies
- Experience working in fast growth scaleup
- Experience using Lever (ATS)Are a self-starter (curious, motivated and resourceful), with an eagerness to learn
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Process oriented mindset and enjoys problem solving
- Experience working across multiple time zones with diverse teams and cultures
