**Talent Partner**

R/GA's Australia Talent Team approaches people strategies the way R/GA approaches work for our clients. We are creative, technology driven, human centered and innovative. We make things happen. Our Talent Partners are consultants and coaches to our community of talent. They use their expertise of the business, our people, and human behavior to ideate and execute initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and results-driven environment

The Talent Partner works closely with the Director, Talent, the Talent Team, and their core client group to ensure that the employee experience is best in class for all R/GA employees. They will champion and execute various Talent initiatives including recognition, retention, career development, management development, on-boarding and exit experience.

Here's what you should know if you want to be a Talent Partner at R/GA:
**On any given day you might**
- Ensure on-boarding/offboarding and talent experience is best in class
- Curation of legal employment documents and any documentation requested by employees/the business
- Focus and help lead culture initiatives and be an advocate for change
- Partner with the Talent Director and finance teams on monthly payroll
- Lead the facilitation and management of all reviews/surveys
- Lead all Visa related enquiries and processes
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, PTO and other HR/general enquiries
- Navigate HR management systems for information related to payment info, new hires, departures etc.
- Provide assistance with local suppliers
- Support IT, Facilities, and Finance through the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records in online systems
- Consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement learning and development needs
- Deliver appropriate advice, coaching and development feedback to employees and managers where needed

- Drives pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment
- Has strong listening skills and the ability to influence and build relationships across a variety of personalities
- Ability to time manage and prioritise
- Is solution focused and able to proactively identify potential issues
- Has engagement strategies, human behavioral theory, culture, diversity and inclusion
- Is passionate and interested in people, psychology and/or culture

**You bring**
- 3 years' experience in human resources or business partnering
- Experience supporting a business unit
- Experience as an HR assistant or in an HR administrative support role
