Your new role and how you’ll make a difference_**
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a vibrant Talent Acquisition expert to join our team as a Talent Partner. This role will be managing our Technology and Data portfolios and previous experience in IT and technology recruitment is highly desirable.
This role will report into the Head of Talent and Capability and will support an immediate team of Talent Partners and Capability Partners. This team will also work as part of a broader People & Culture team to deliver a wider People Strategy for illion.
The Talent Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all illion technology business units as well as assisting with building and executing initiatives such as system implementation and Talent/Culture projects.
**_ The value-add things you’ll be doing_**
- Manage the end to end recruitment and selection process and life-cycle, from brief to initial assessments, interviews, background checks, offers, contract generation and on-boarding;
- Partner with Hiring Leaders to gain an understanding of their team structure and culture to identify core competencies for recruitment
- Work with the team to scope, build and implement new systems and processes.
- Work with the Talent and Capability team on onboarding, offboarding and learning projects to develop employee experience.
- Partner with business unit managers to understand business capability and development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:

The experience and qualifications you’ll need to be successful_**
- 3+ years' experience in an in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency
- Effective internal stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of influencing and the ability to manage competing priorities to timed outcomes (you don't take any BS but you are polite and informative);
- Experience in technology recruitment is advantageous
- Experience using & maintaining HR systems and databases;
- A high level of resilience and drive with the ability to work in an, at times, ambiguous & high-pressure (but really fun) environment
- Passion for food - we talk about eating a lot in our team meetings.
