This role isn't just about acquiring talent into the business, it is about providing a value-add service beyond recruitment, it's about proactively working to understand current business and operational needs to help shape and structure business team requirements to deliver on talent demands, now and into the future.
It is about partnering with our Leaders, understanding the market landscape, developing sourcing strategies, creating and maintaining talent pools and utilising internal talent management practices to strengthen HESTA's capability to deliver on key strategic objectives.
If you are driven and would love a varied talent role, then this is the role for you. You will be a trusted Talent advisor to our business, you will be detailed in your approach while taking a 'wholistic talent approach' focus, including contributing to work on DEI talent initiatives, Employer Brand and Employee Value proposition. A visible operator, you will be commercially astute and be able to build impactful relationships with our hiring managers.
You will be adaptable and flexible to be able to perform varying duties in changing and at times volatile talent landscape where you may experience talent shortages and recruit for niche roles.
Experience in recruiting Technology and Enterprise risk type of roles will be highly regarded as will experience within Financial Services.
