You will be a trusted Talent advisor to our business, you will be detailed in your approach while taking a ‘wholistic talent approach’ focus, including contributing to work on DEI talent initiatives, Employer Brand and Employee Value proposition. A visible operator, you will be commercially astute and be able to build impactful relationships with our hiring managers.

You will be adaptable and flexible to be able to perform varying duties in changing and at times volatile talent landscape where you may experience talent shortages and recruit for niche roles.

Experience in recruiting Technology and Enterprise risk type of roles will be highly regarded as will experience within Financial Services.
