Melbourne Education Institute (MEI) is a rapidly growing RTO located in the CBD. We are seeking for Admin officer.

**Role of RTO Admin**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting team members with general administrative duties including; filing, scanning, photocopying and answering calls;
- Responsible for student record filing and enrolments;
- Assist the Training Coordinator with the scheduling and coordinating of all training;
- Collect, compile and report results of evaluation, attendance and training data;
- Timely and accurate data entry into the RTO system;
- Assist the Training Coordinator with maintaining the training sequence within Attendance App for trainers;
- Respond to queries from clients, students and staff members in a timely and professional manner

**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Strong level of attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with high level time management;
- Maturity, professionalism and confidence in your ability;
- Proactive approach to resolving queries and problems;
- Bilingual proficiency in another language (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
