Randstad Recruitment: Seeking Experienced RTO/GTO Administrators

We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced RTO/GTO Administrators to support our valued clients across various industries. As an RTO/GTO Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and streamlined administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential support for enrolments, completions, trainee records, and compliance management.
  • Coordination and Data Entry: Assist with the coordination of national inductions and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce complexity and streamline operations.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and support to staff on administrative systems and procedures.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, trainees, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Project Contributions: Contribute to various projects aimed at improving administrative efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Administrative Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within the training or education sectors.
  • RTO/GTO Knowledge: Knowledge of RTO/GTO processes, standards, and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant systems for data and record management.
  • Collaboration and Time Management: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time and workload effectively.
