As the Hill’s National Field Sales Manager, you are key to building & growing our Brand in the Pet & Vet retail environments. You are passionate about delivering Team results & thrive on being great to do business with. Ideally, you are currently working within the Pet Food, Pharma or FMCG industry as a National or State Field manager, or have previous experience managing large field based selling teams.
You are passionate about elevating the Hill’s business by translating key strategic priorities into measurable actions in stores & clinics, and you are comfortable developing strategic plans that will elevate you & your Team’s engagement with our customers. You are organised, efficient & passionate about driving total business results, and constantly curious on new and innovative ways to work with customers.
You are a clear and concise communicator, you love data and analytics, have a passion for excellence & love coaching and developing talent.
**Roles & responsibilities include, but are not limited to;**
- With the support of the Regional FSMs, deliver to AU strategic priorities in the Pet Retail & Vet channel
- Provide coaching and feedback to all Field Sales Team members through ride-along days, regular meetings & KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as the broader Customer Development Team, Marketing, Digital and Supply Chain functions to ensure that key business priorities are being executed.
- Collaborate with Global colleagues to continue to learn & develop to build the BEST field sales team
- Coach & develop talent to feed our Sydney & Auckland based Teams
**This role is based in our Sydney CBD Office, and will require travel interstate & locally.**
Never worked in the Pet Food Industry? That’s okay We love to share the love about what we know as a global pet nutrition leader.
- Holds a Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years experience in managing Field Based Sales teams
**Expected Areas of Skills**
- Sales experience in an FMCG or nutrition company ideal
