**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Country Manager, our client is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and well accomplished National Sales Manager, based either Sydney or Melbourne.

In this role, you will hold full accountability for the design and implementation of strategic commercial strategies and ensure profit outcomes are achieved.

You will take an active role in partnering with industry partners, whilst coaching and mentoring an established and collaborative sales team to greater heights; ultimately increasing market share.

Further responsibilities include:

- Development of successful SFE and sales initiatives
- Analyse varied data sources, highlighting opportunities
- Develop successful product launch strategies/processes
- Partner with Internal Account stakeholders, at global level
- Represent Australia's business at visible global market level

**Skills & Background**:

- Proven leadership experience, within Australia’s Generic’s Industry, essential
- Proven ability to develop & implement successful business plans
- Commercially savvy, with Effective Key Account Management Experience
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor high performing teams
- Product Launch experience
- Effective business relationships building skills
- Degree in Science or Business-related field advantageous
