**About Us**:
At Brand Influence Group (BIG), we’re all about experiential and field marketing and creating memorable brand experiences that connect with consumers. Our mobile workforce is key to our success, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and energetic National Field Sales Planner to join our team.
**The Role**:
As the NFSP, you’ll be crucial in enhancing our operations for one of our leading FMCG brands, Red Bull.
Your analytical skills and strategic insights will help shape field priorities, optimise resource allocation, and drive profitability. If you love collaboration and tackling challenges, this is the role for you
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Team Up** with Key Account Managers to clarify and meet field execution requests.
- **Manage and Deliver** campaign needs, ensuring smooth execution of point-of-sale and resource allocation.
- **Drive ROI** by offering insights and recommendations on resource deployment across all channels.
- **Spot Issues** and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
- **Work Hand-in-Hand** with the National Field Sales Manager and Head of Field Sales to execute field plans.
- **Create and Present** reports that contribute to strategic meetings and workshops.
- **Share the Wins** through engaging field communications, including a fortnightly newsletter.
**What You Bring**:
- Solid experience in data preparation and visualization, with at least 2 years in analytics (FMCG experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker).
- Proven skills in Resource Capacity Planning to manage field resources effectively.
- Great IT skills, especially in PowerPoint/Keynote.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, comfortable juggling complex agendas.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a knack for logical reasoning.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present at meetings.
