This organisation is located in the inner Southern/Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide. This ethical and sustainable business sells high quality home goods to consumers Nationally and Internationally. Due to growth a new opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts / Administrator who can join the team on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**
- Providing a high level of Customer Service (Enquiries, Complaints, Warranty etc);
- Build and Maintain Relationships (Suppliers, Partners and Customers Retail and Wholesale);
- Roll out and maintenance of a Customer Retention Plan;
- Data management and maintenance
- Bank Reconciliations;
- Accounts Payable;
- Accounts Receivable;
- Stocktake;
- Account Management - Partners and Providers;
- Calendar Coordination.
- Coordinating Staff Events, Travel and Expos
- Ad hoc Networking when required by the MD or Operations Manager
- Education for junior administration staff including in house product education sessions and customer focussed activities
- Picking stock on occasion

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience processing invoices through Xero is essential
- Formal Bookkeeping Qualifications will be highly regarded
- Ability to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Good communication and problem resolution skills
- Pleasant and effective phone manner
- Ability to work without constant supervision.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
