**The Role**
Make a difference in our community
The Access and Engagement Support Officer provides administrative support across the unit supporting the Education and Training program, Best Start and Family Engagement teams.
This position takes a departmental lead in the promotion of services for Children & Families to ensure a cohesive appraoch to supporting the communites understanding of these programs.
This position works in collaboration and as part of a broader administrative team across the department.
**About you**
You will have demonstrated experience and a proven track record in;
- Providing a high standard of administrative support to teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working independently and troubleshooting problems
- Planning and prioritising your own work in line with changing priorities
