- You will be responsible for external stakeholder management, general administration, and reception support.**Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Answering phones
- Scanning and attaching documents
- Data entry - Excel
**To be considered for this position you will need**:
- The ability to be proactive and take ownership of your role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures
- Solid level of computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with energy, flexibility and integrity
You must be able to demonstrate a working history in administration together with previous experience and/or a desire to work in a reception and administration role.
