Administration Assistant

**Key tasks include, but not limited to;**
- Overflow / backup Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Document control.
- Reception relief. Filing, scanning & archiving.
- Till reconciliation.
- Ad hoc duties as directed.
**Attributes and experience required;**
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a sense of humour.
**Salary**: $55,328.00 - $59,280.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
