The Opportunity

The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Hiring Managers to support the organisation's people requirements by implementing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of the hourly labour force and provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

About The Role

  • Managing candidate and recruitment data in PACCAR's applicant tracking systems and related databases
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies in scheduling interviews, current vacancies, driving and tracking team process compliance and talent pooling
  • Assist with interviews as required
  • Manage PACCAR's Referral program
  • Delve into delivering an engaging candidate experience
  • Develop effective and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package including a generous base salary ranging between AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, salary sacrifice, corporate health benefits, education support, and long-term employment and career opportunities.

  • IT savvy – excel / V-Lookups / Pivot Tables and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • A consultative approach to providing solutions and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment whilst being comfortable with change and being agile.
