The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service is a not-for-profit organisation providing world class aeromedical, search and rescue services to those in need 24/7. The Service has more than 40 years of proud history, and now operates from three bases in NSW (Tamworth, Belmont, Lismore) in addition to a Head Office and Deep Level Maintenance (DLM) facility based in Broadmeadow NSW.

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the People and Capability team at the Service. Reporting to the People and Capability Manager, you will join a dedicated team assisting with the delivery of optimal people practices across the Service.

**About the role**

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide tailored generalist human resources support to the Service on a variety of people and capability activities including recruitment, HRIS and internal communications. Working closely with the People and Capability Manager and the HR Business Partner you will contribute to the implementation of a broad range of people and capability initiatives.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Supporting leaders with the end-to-end recruitment and selection activities- Preparing the annual internal communications calendar as well as preparing and distributing a range of internal communications Provide support on a range of HR BAU activities including the annual remuneration and performance review processes and culture, wellbeing and reconciliation working groups- Provide timely and accurate HR administration support**About you**
