**Role Description/Criteria**
Emmanuel College comprises the all-boys St Paul's Campus in Altona North and the co-educational Notre Dame Campus at Point Cook and is operated and governed by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools ltd (MACS).
Through following the characteristics of Marianist education, students are encouraged and supported to achieve their personal best.
**Duties**
The Administration Assistant, Notre Dame Campus (Point Cook), reports to the Business Manager and provides administrative support in the following areas of College operations:
- College Bus Bookings
- Music Administration Support
- Accounts Receivable Support
- Reception and Student Services Relief
**Required Skills and Abilities**
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team and also work independently.
- Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be able to to convey information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Will know which tasks to prioritise and will be able to manage time effectively.
- The ability to be meticulous in their work and ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
