Our local team of almost 600 team members work with automotive manufacturers, as well as an array of automotive dealers and with the corporate and government fleet sector.

Our Team
In this role, you will work closely with our National Transport division, providing administrative support and coordinating various activities.
You will be the first point of contact for all transport-related queries, ensuring transportation requests are actioned and disseminated accurately.
Responsibilities
- Review Transport Orders: Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support Stakeholders: Assist internal and external stakeholders with transport queries, including pick-up and delivery arrangements.
- Negotiate Transport Costs: Create transport requests, purchase orders, and review invoices.
- Follow-up on Transport Bookings: Ensure collection and delivery dates are on schedule.
Skills & Experiences
- Administration Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced administration role.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong Skills: Strong written, verbal, and organisational skills.
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- SAP Experience: SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to be a team player.
