**Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Assistant**

**The Role**:
As The Customer Service & Sales Assistant at Collins Debden Pty Ltd.
- You will report to both the National Operations Manager.
- Your employment will be on a **Full Time basis**.
- The duties of this position are set out in the below Job Description. You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training, and experience.
- You will be required to perform your duties at the **Sydney **office, or elsewhere as reasonably directed by the employer.
- Your ordinary hours of work will be **38 hours per week**, plus any reasonable additional hours that are necessary to fulfil your duties or as otherwise required by the employer.
**General Functions & Tasks**:
- Provide a superior customer experience with a strong focus on ownership and accountability, anticipating customer needs and ensuring all expectations are met whilst at all times ensuring an outstanding team culture is fostered. This will require ownership of the entirety of the experience including receiving & placing orders.
- Coordinate delivery requirements and work closely with nominated 3PL’s & Freight carriers to ensure on time and accurate order processing and picking.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities / initiatives-Process Improvements, efficiencies & innovation a key.
- Developing an exceptionally high level of product & industry knowledge to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
- Strategically work & maintain relationships with accounts & customers to create/develop/initiate plans to maximise opportunities & market presence
- Assist & develop execution & growth in Marketing & Ecommerce national plans & strategies.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Sales or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
- High level of experience with leading accounts and managing supplier relationships.
- Agility, Resilience & proven track record of success.
- Level of understanding of AI attributes, understanding & execution
- Experience or desire to work, Influence & personally evolve with Marketing & or Operations-As example: social media, Ecommerce platforms, 3PL Management & Reporting creation/analysis.

- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines through Time Management with an eye for detail with exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to interact & deal with people from various cultural backgrounds/levels.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Oral) with the ability to engage & influence a range of stakeholders.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
