**The role**:
As our new **Product Manager, Merchant Services Partner Program, Payment Facilitators and Marketplaces, **you will join a high-performance team and actively contribute to the shaping of our vision for the Card Not Present product portfolio. If you have never heard of a PayFac nor know what a Marketplace is in relation to third party agents within the payment’s ecosystem, then this might not be the role for you. If you have, then in this role you will define and manage a roadmap of business outcomes, manage a prioritised backlog of work and own business delivery of outcomes related to these types of merchant entities. You will support the Head of Card Not Present, Merchant Products with growth and efficiency opportunities.
**Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Manage product roadmap and collaborate with delivery teams to support product development and management
- Evaluate and assess risk appetite across the portfolio
- Annual product reviews and maintenance of product register, policies, process oversight and manuals to ensure products are fit for purpose
- Ensure products meet Card Scheme and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, escalate and support remediation for product related issues. Oversee and track the accuracy of product variations and risk reviews to ensure product compliance
- Review and assess customer contracts for accuracy and appropriateness.
**What you will bring to this role**:
- Previous experience in payments in a product management role
- Product Management experience - Manage product life-cycle, develop concepts, translate to technical build and implement change initiatives
- Analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to collect, synthesize and analyse complex data and situations to identify insights and opportunities
- Exposure to International and Domestic Card Schemes
- Change experience - Experience delivering change, especially change involving risk, regulatory, customer and technology
- Strategic thinking and concept development - Ability to think laterally and develop commercial business cases and delivery initiatives
- Stakeholder management - Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
