  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights from customers.
  • Troubleshoot account management and processing questions with merchants.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong individual contributor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive on learning, and enjoy receiving feedback.
