Through this partnership, we’ve created a new business called wiq who will harness the best of Woolworths Group and Quantium to reimagine retail by solving the most complex problems using data and analytics. As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.

**What you’ll do**:

- Co-create and execute platform strategy: Partner with Platform Lead and Use Case Lead(s) to develop and implement the platform strategy for delivering value and benefits.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the platform.
- Delivery management: End-to-end accountability for delivery management across platform use cases, including day-to-day management of cross-functional squads (where applicable).
- Facilitation and communication: Facilitate all platform and use case related sessions, including quarterly planning, showcases, and lighthouse events.Financial management and resource coordination: Manage platform finances, support the annual budget cycle, and coordinate with the resource team to ensure effective resource allocation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5-10 years Experience delivering data & advanced analytics solutions, ideally within a large Retail / FMCG organisation
- Demonstrated delivery management experience including financial forecasting across large projects/ programs
- Ability to deliver through others by enabling and developing teams while establishing an environment conducive to personal and professional growth
- Strong commercial acumenStakeholder management & engagement
