**What you'll do
- Lead a team of Project Managers and Coordinators to lead the delivery of Safety Programs to meet the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget.
- Actively communicate, manage expectations and work with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Coach, support and develop the team to ensure that projects are delivered while encouraging innovation, curiosity, and the ability to solve problems.
- Identify and align the capability, time, and effort needed to execute the delivery of the projects and programs responsible for.
- Develop and manage a project schedule of activities and deliverables to deliver the project outcomes within time-boxed periods (e.g. sprints).Determine cost estimates for all project resources (such as people, tools, and infrastructure) needed to deliver the project outcomes and manage those costs, forecasts, and actuals using appropriate frameworks and governance.

**What you'll bring
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated successful experience in defining, implementing and maintaining a Project Delivery function
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience in defining project management methodologies and supporting metrics to drive best practices and results.
- Previous experience leading large and diverse teamsConstruction industry experience/knowledge - desired
