The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale digital transformation project. As the Program Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the Program Director. Your focus will be on assisting the program leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, Committee coordination, action registers, and minute taking as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Microsoft PowerPoint decks for strategic meetings.
  • Taking steering committee meeting minutes to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Managing RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs to mitigate potential issues.
  • Maintaining program status dashboards to track progress.
  • Coordinating regular team and Steering Committee meetings to foster collaboration.

About You

  • You have commercial experience working as a program assistant or coordinator.
  • You have previous experience reporting to C-suite stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • You have experience taking digital governance steering committee meeting minutes, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • You have experience coordinating administration for large programs or Project Management Offices (PMOs), including reporting, RAID management, resource allocation, meeting facilitation, and project documentation management.
  • You possess excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
