Talenza has been engaged to source 3 dynamic, PMO Professionals to join a leading financial services organisation.

As the PMO Manager , you will bring a deep understanding of, Develop and manage high-quality reports for senior leadership, providing clear insights into project progress, risks, and metrics.

  • Create and coordinate internal communications to keep project members and stakeholders informed on program milestones, news, and relevant changes utilising your strong presentation (PowerPoint) and written communication skills.
  • Work closely with program streams, gathering inputs and supporting communications that align with RBA organisational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools, improving clarity, efficiency, and impact for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyse and track program performance to uncover valuable insights
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Documentation Management Plan
  • Design program KPI reporting, standards and templates to support consistent program delivery practices.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting with clarity and precision
  • Develop communication that drives decision-making

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong PMO all-rounder expertise in large programs
  • Proven experience in producing effective project communication and reporting to drive informed decision-making and executive alignment.
  • Ability to analyse program data and create visualisations to present complex information in a digestible, executive-friendly format.
  • Able to identify stakeholders, develop appropriate plans and complete activities to influence senior management, program, and project managers to deliver the program with maximum success.

Location: Bella Vista Site with office attendance 2 days/week
Salary:$197k package (inclusive of superannuation)
2 Year Fixed Term Contract
