**About the Role**

Are you a collaborative and passionate Organisational Development professional who is experienced in leading a team to deliver pragmatic, systems led solutions that effect lasting organisational culture and capability change? SA Housing Authority is currently recruiting for a Manager, Organisational Development to lead the design, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement of programs that improve leadership capability, culture, performance and diversity.

Reporting to the Director, People, Culture and Resilience you will be instrumental in developing workforce programs and initiatives that enable the achievement of SA Housing Authority’s strategic objectives.

**About the Organisation**

At SA Housing Authority we have a clear aim to deliver better housing choices for South Australians. We want to support everyone in our community to sustain a secure and affordable home as a base to help them reach their full potential. Our regionally dispersed workforce of around 800 staff work with our customers, the housing and homelessness sector and the broader community to provide better housing opportunities for South Australians.

**Requirements**:
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, Change Management or related discipline.
