**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Senior State Manager with our client, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their retail strategy within the State. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving exceptional business outcomes and enriching the customer experience.

You will:

- **Lead Sales Performance**: Drive sales growth by implementing strategic initiatives, analysing market trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue.
- **Team KPIs and Development**: Inspire and guide your team to achieve and exceed individual and collective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Mentor and develop your team members to unlock their full potential and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee budgetary allocations, monitor expenditures, and make data-driven decisions to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement state-specific strategies aligned with company objectives. Translate high-level plans into actionable steps for your team.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and uphold visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and customer-centric shopping environment.

**Skills and Experience**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams to exceed sales targets and KPIs. A track record of developing talent and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- **Sales Acumen**: A deep understanding of sales techniques, customer behaviour, and market trends. Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies.
- **Financial Savvy**: Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting. An ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
- **Strategic Vision**: The ability to think big-picture and translate strategy into actionable plans. Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for innovation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey your vision clearly.
- **Retail Expertise**: A solid background in retail management, preferably at a senior level, within the fashion industry, with a deep understanding of the retail landscape and customer expectations.
