Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Team Leader with a strong background in customer experience, ITIL and an understanding of project management methodologies. As the Service Desk Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient incident resolution, and stakeholder management. The initial contract is until the end of April 2024 with an option to extend.
**To be successful in the role, you will have**
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a service desk or technical support environment.
- Excellent understanding of customer experience principles and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- ITIL Certification will be highly regarded.
