**About the Role**

The Customer Relationship Manager’s role is to retain existing business and client and intermediary relationships, through the development and implementation of marketing and retention services and strategies.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

**Required Expertise**
- Minimum 2 years WorkCover experience or insurance industry experience
- Management Experience with knowledge of Workers Compensation Premium
- Experience with corporate clients and / or brokers
- Extensive customer service experience
- Computer skills - Microsoft Word (basic), Excel (basic) and Powerpoint (intermediate)
- Excellent personal presentation
- Self-starter / working autonomously

**Required Expertise**
- Knowledge of Legislation, VWA Policies and guidelines
- Understanding of internal control framework testing and monitoring;
- Computer skills: Outlook and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
