Global Sales Excellence Manager

This role offers the opportunity to help shape and empower a world class sales organization. As a great fit for the role, you're customer-obsessed, and able to work across the business to get necessary information and drive adoption. You have a passion for the “customer journey” and take pride enabling revenue teams.
About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing or other commercial roles.-
- Content creation, training, and facilitation capability-
- Proficiency in Miller Heiman and Communication Pathway sales methodologies.-
- Experience developing and deploying sales enablement programs at scale.-
- Strong ability to identify sales team needs and translate them into effective programs that engage the field and drive improved sales performance.-
- Deep understanding of adult learning and enablement best practices.-
- Significant experience in content design and development.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, graphic design (Canva) and ability to learn new systems-
- Outstanding team playerDesired Skills- Strong project management skills-
