**What You Will Do**
You are invited to take centre stage as their Regular Giving Coordinator. In this role, you are not just coordinating campaigns; you are orchestrating transformation. Collaborate closely with their Regular Giving Manager and Face-to-Face Fundraising Specialist to execute acquisition and retention campaigns that will redefine compassion.
**Responsibilities**
Collaborate with the Regular Giving Manager and Face-to-Face Fundraising Specialist to orchestrate RG acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Shape the donor journey through strategic fundraising planning, maximising the performance and growth of RG campaigns.
- Be the conductor of campaign tracking, consistently compiling results to inform their progress.
- Be a helping hand to the Regular Giving team, from handling donor feedback to budget tracking, and overall team administration.
- Champion process documentation, keeping their workflows smooth and efficient.
- Cultivate connections with internal and external stakeholders; elevate awareness of RG programs, offering insights, resolving queries, and building trust and reliability that drives success.
- Build lasting relationships that resonate with their core values, demonstrating commitment, effective communication, and productivity.
**Your Skills & Attributes**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or fundraising administration.
- Experience with regular giving, membership, or subscription programs.
- Strong project/campaign management or coordination skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage priorities and coordinate Regular Giving activities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and workload prioritisation.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms is advantageous.
