**You will have the following responsibilities**:
Building and maintaining rapport across our diverse client base, maintaining the customer database, providing ongoing timely support to operations across a variety of tasks, will be part of your role.

**Comprised in the role**:

- Providing administration support and ensure the smooth running of finance and administration tasks
- Maintaining our operating system (Wastedge)
- Process purchase requisitions/ purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
- Tipping accruals, Subcontractor services and associated invoicing and reporting
- Month end processing, reporting and data integrity
- Assist accounts payable with supplier account enquiries
- Assist the various administration team members with their respective administration duties
- Continuous improvement of all administration processes
- Assist management with ad hoc reporting requirements
- Ensuring operational data capture and reporting across all systems, is timely and accurate
- This position is not limited to the above and may change at times to meet business requirements

**Who you are**:

- Experienced in an Administrative Operations position
- Intermediate experience using MS Excel (Desired)
- Excellent customer service to our key clients
- Experience with large ERP systems (Desired)
- Takes initiative and engages positively with internal and external stakeholders
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exposure and understanding of CRM, payroll and MS office
- Certificate in Administrative Training desirable
