MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for an ambitious Data Entry/Customer Service Administrator to join a growing organization who are leaders in their field. You will be responsible in providing excellent support to their production team and handling customer queries.

**Main responsibilities include**:
- First point of contact of the service team in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Provide support to the team including data entry, quoting, invoicing, process card payments and scheduling meetings.
- Perform general office duties and report discrepancies and problems to management.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of customer data
- Stock control and management - order stock and non-stock items and handle stock transfers.

- Report to management on QMS performance, opportunities for improvement, and change requirements.
- Promote customer focus and maintain QMS integrity, promote WHS awareness and culture.
- Conduct activities in a safe and quality-assured manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain key performance metrics.
- Ideally someone with a NSW Driver License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Commitment to continuously improve the organizations customer service skills.
