**We have an opportunity available for an organised and proactive individual to join our Transport team, providing an exceptional level of customer service and administrative support to the team.**

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and support the team with administration duties.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting customers and responding to phone calls that come through to the transport team
- Opening, sorting and directing correspondence to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining transport systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of data, as well as generating reports from these systems
- Recording and escalating complaints in a timely manner, in line with company procedures
- Monitoring and reporting activities to support the ongoing compliance with Environment, Health and Safety systems

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- A customer-oriented approach to your work
- Ability to communicate effectively and be comfortable collaborating with others to problem-solve and develop your knowledge
- Computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously, with mínimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Experience with systems such as SAP will be an added advantage
