We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and driven Office Administrative Assistant. The business continues to grow and support personnel are integral to the operations of the business. At Programmed Timbers each and every person contributes to its success.

Hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm(some flexibility around hours), Monday to Friday.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven background in providing high level administrative support.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
- At least 2 years experience with MYOB Accountright.
- Personal attributes that make you a reliable, dependable and trustworthy person.
- High attention to detail and high level time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all personnel across the business.
- Ability to follow WH & S guidelines and operating procedures.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide day to day support to Senior Management, Sales, HR, Purchasing and Operations key personnel,
- Assist with Accounts and the daily entry of purchase orders and invoices. Stock receipting and reconciliation.
- Undertake a range of data entry and administrative tasks related to our Daily Reporting for key personnel.
- Interaction with truck drivers/contractors to ensure compliance with our site safety requirements.
- Assist with Warehouse staff to complete stock on hand checks. Investigating and correcting issues with stock and timesheets.
- Comply with all our W H & S policies and procedures and actively participate in promoting our workplace safety culture.
- Ensure you, along with the warehousing staff constantly work on continuous improvement and housekeeping activities to provide a safe and effective work environment.
