**About Us**:
InMotion Group is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides therapy services to children and adults. This role is based at our Narellan clinic, South-West of Sydney and you will be part of our team which consists of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists, and Support Coordinators that cover South-West Sydney and the Wollongong / Illawarra areas. Our team consists of highly experienced allied health practitioners and support coordinators who are dedicated to our clients.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Full-time Receptionist to work Monday to Thursdays 8:00am - 4:15pm and Fridays 8:00am - 5:30pm.
As the face of the business, you will be responsible for providing administration support our company departments: Kids InMotion (NDIS Therapy Supports for Children), InMotion Rehab (Workers Compensation / Return to Work), Life InMotion (NDIS Therapy supports for adults) and InMotion Disability (Support Coordination).

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Making our clients feel welcome every time they contact our service
- Answering calls and assisting clients with enquiries
- Booking clients in from calls and our waitlist
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at the front desk
- Liaising with clients, caregivers and allied health regarding enquiries, bookings, accounts and appointments.
- Preparing and sending letters and associated paperwork to medical practices.
- Scanning and filing letters and results
- Ensuring the smooth running of all appointments, including assisting practitioners to keep on schedule
- Taking payments from customers and provide receipts
- Reconciling accounts and payments
- Ensuring reception is kept clean and tidy and maintained to the highest standards.
- Working with management to provide assistance in all areas of administration and service agreements.
- Provide administration support to the InMotion Rehab in the booking of pre-employment assessments.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
