Weigh-More Solutions is a privately-owned business that has been operating for over 30 years. We specialise in sales and service of retail & industrial weighing systems and software Australia wide.
**About the Role**
Your primary focus as a Booking Clerk will be to provide day-to-day operational administrative support and co-ordination for a busy team of field technicians ensuring tasks are scheduled, booked and completed with efficiency. Phone support and customer liaison a key part of the pole.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate and book work to be carried out by the Technicians
- Provide appropriate and timely communications to customers and service/support team members regarding ensure all tasks are defined for each job.
- Proactively identify, action, and ensure there are no work order backlogs
- Proactively identify, procure and allocate job resources (tools, parts, etc) for the service/support team
- Enter accurate data into internal systems and databases and assist with producing operational reports and other documentation
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and friendly working environment
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Senior Managers as required
- Operating hours 7:30am -4pm Monday to Friday
**Required Experience**
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively deal with a range of customers and queries including Breakdown, IT, and Preventative Maintenance
- Must be able to work with digital booking, service request/tracking, and other data entry systems
- Must be able to work to daily deadlines
- Work effectively with little to no supervision
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite confidently including products such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A background, (trade or other) qualification or demonstrably strong experience in at least one of the following: the weighing industry; other trade; IT; accounting; digital marketing; process improvement
- Strong experience in procuring/ordering materials required for service jobs and raising Purchase Orders.

- Strong commitment to occupational health and safety
- Experience in directing and managing staff.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills
- Aroflo, Odoo and Xero experience an advantage but not essential
