**About Our Client**:
My client is an Australian established, global organisation in their industry that strive to provide top quality products for their respective markets throughout Australia. As a payroll officer, you will be required to work in a collaborative and team manner, understand the core values of the business and uphold compliance with all company systems and policies.

You will also required to:

- Process end to end payroll, weekly and fortnightly pay run with accuracy and on time
- Interpreting relevant awards and EA's to process payroll correctly and efficiently
- Maintain pay records, associated time keeping data statistics, leave records and related information
- Assist with workers compensation claims
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll, PAYG and superannuation payments and authorised payroll deductions
- On boarding and Off boarding employees
- Processing headcount, leave reports and other employee reporting
- General Administration and ad-hoc reporting

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful for this position, you will have proven payroll experience within a similar position. Experience with Pronto will be advantageous for this position.

You will also have:

- Strong experience in multiple company payrolls
- Understanding of weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of integrity
