**About the Role**

This is the perfect opening for a medical secretary to join a team that is friendly, cohesive and proactive. In this role, you deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors whilst supporting a team of psychiatrists.
- Duties may include but are not limited to;_
- Providing care to our clients/patients by supporting their recovery and wholistic well-being,
- Engaging and connecting with different medical specialists, administrators, patients, and caregivers
- Co-ordinating medical operations with different concerned teams players, and
- Handling the following:

- Diary management,
- Correspondence and patient reports,
- Billings, Collections, and Reconciliation.

**Your Skills and Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our Ramsay core values.

Your communication and engagement skills will be of critical importance as you liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in a reception/secretary role
- Prior experience working in a medical setting desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy with efficient keyboard/typing skills

**Remuneration**

On offer is a base hourly rate of $32.67 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

**About the Organisation**
