Your duties will include
- Processing new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Working closely with experienced brokers assisting them in managing large accounts
- Retaining clients through good relationships with clients and underwriters
- Processing renewals before the due date to ensure clients are covered
- Processing claims
- General insurance administration

Essential Requirements
- General office administration outside of the insurance field or some insurance administration experience
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly while maintaining and initiating long-lasting client relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team and is eager to learn from senior brokers
- Personable, proactive and client-focused
