About the Role
This is a key role as ‘the face’ of Datacom’s Franklin Street office in Adelaide. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors and guests as well as ensuring the office functions run effectively and efficiently.
This role is approx 20 hours per week Monday - Friday. Preferably 10h00-14h00 (we can be flexible) but we can be flexible around this.this is the perfect opportunity to build your experience in a proffesional environent while you study
What you’ll do
- Answer and direct all incoming calls within a timely manner
- Greet all visitors to the building and ensure they are looked after appropriately
- General administration duties and basic cleaning to ensure the reception area, kitchen and offices are tidy and presentable
- Mail sorting, catering, maintenance of meeting rooms, general typing and stock ordering
