**Your new role**

Your new role as Receptionist will include duties not limited to:

- Managing incoming calls and correctly distributing
- Meeting, greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Provide general administration support to the business, such as deliveries, mail
- Maintain the visitor area and meeting rooms
- Assist the Administration Manager with event management
- Handle administration duties for issuing security fobs and cards
- Assist the Service Manager with maintenance information
- Invoicing and purchase orders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A receptionist/administration role within a small business environment
- Experience within the construction or security industry will be highly regarded
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
