**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven success in a Business Improvement role in a large organization.
- Experience in enterprise-scale process curation and optimization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping, analysis, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and agile methodologies.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to implementation.
